Annual Support Maintenance Package

Our maintenance package provides the following:

• Daily data backup

• Client customer service / Help desk
• Category type modification (upon request)
• Custom system graphic insertion (upon request)
• Banner Ad placement and rotation (upon request - up to 5 banners per month)
• Web/Phone-based Training (initial set up training only; subsequent trainings charged at hourly rate)

Product enhancements can be requested. All enhancements to our system platform are performed by Artsopolis development staff only and subject to prior review and approval by Artsopolis Marketing Partnership - Silicon Valley. If approved, enhancements may be arranged at $85 per each hour of development/programming. Artsopolis reserves the right to increase or decrease start up licensing, annual maintenance and hourly programming fees on an annual basis.
