    Display Issues | Clearing Cache

For those of you who have already been upgraded to the new 4.0 system we’ve heard a number of reports of display issues. We've found that browser caching is the most common cause for things not displaying correctly.

Every web browser stores web pages, images and other downloaded content on the computer. This is called the browser's cache. Clearing it occasionally or regularly can protect your privacy and free up some space in your computer. It can also cause old files that have since changed to display or function differently than expected.

To clear your cache in Firefox, follow these instructions:

    https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How+to+clear+the+cache

For IE8 users, follow these instructions:

    1. From the Tools menu in the upper right, select Delete Browsing History.
    2. Deselect (i.e., uncheck) Preserve Favorites website data, and select (i.e., check) Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History.
    3. Then click Delete.
    4. Click Close, and then click OK to exit.

Once you've cleared the cache then I would close and reopen the browsers and then hit CTRL+R (hard refresh).

That should give you a clean start.
